About: Dr. Carlos Colon
Dr. Carlos Colon-Bengoa was born in Puerto Rico and ventured to Orlando to attend college at the University of Central Florida, where he received his undergraduate’s degree.
He went on to complete Dental school at the University of Iowa, where he proudly became a Hawkeye. He continued his education by completing his residency with the University of Florida.
Dr Carlos Colon has since served the Central Florida community for 14 years. A huge Orlando City fan, Dr Colon has worked hard to help build community and political support for the soccer club. His children, Sofia (16) and Alejandro (13) play in the Orlando City youth teams, with Alejandro playing in the US Soccer Development Academy team.
